Ok this is like Harkin\'s story, The Tales of Sythi from a while ago. It is not really from the same style of writing but it is still a story.

The roman archers readied their bows and on the call of arm! they pointed their readied bows to the sky. The roman generals called \"Take Aim\". On this call the archerstoke aim on the charging Egytian chariots. \"FIRE\" called the general. The arrows made a whistling sound as they left the bow strings. A few of the arrows hit the chariot riders and some even hit the chariot axel and collaped the wheels making the chariots unrideable.
One of these archers was Aristady who was at the age of nineteen. Aristady\'s father was a roman legion enlisted in the \"Lions\" regiment. But he died in the war when Aristady was only twelve. This lose made Aristady join the Roman armies. Aristady really wanted to join the infamous Roman legions, but due to the long training required he stuck with his job as an archers.

Btw, if want your story to \"flow\", don\'t use \"but\" too many times. You can evade this like this:
\"Aristady\'s father was a roman legion enlisted in the \"Lions\" regiment, who died in the war when Aristady was only twelve.\"
