I dun know if this would be considered spam or not, i would take it as spam, but your pic is not visible, i mean it\'s pretty easy to figure out after 15 posts. :D

Well for one you can\'t link to images in your files. file:///C:/WINDOWS/Desktop/Back%20grounds/add16Raist%5B1%5D.jpg just doesn\'t work. What you need is to get yourself a free web page or even upload your image to http://www.yoursighost.com and use the l;ink that they will give you.
