Title: A problem with Quest...making u rich fast

Ok if you go to the guy in the templa and ask for a quest he will tell you to go get a script from dude at library well when u get there guy says he is charging double now so you go back to preist guy and tell him and he gives you a a scrool to give to guy at library....well if you tell him \"he is charging double\" again he will give you another scroll... so you can just keep telling him nonstop that he is charging double and he gives you a scroll...Well these scrolls can be sold for 4 triads a piece.   as its not a bunch... you can get like a 100 of these scrolls in a matter of 3-5 mins
so within 10 min you can have 1000...lol


I see this can be a easy way to get money but I also think this would make the game no fun if people just got so much money so fast that nothing was worth value anymore and such... you know?

Now i dont know if this is a new thing or not but I figured it would be good to let someone know so it can be fixed.  A quick way would be to make the scrolls worth nothing so that if they do get a bunch then they have to spend the time to drop them because they are worthless.

Sorry if I posted this in wrong place But im new...lol I just started playing yesterday.

you shouldnt post exploits here /

better tell the devs or so,
so they might fix it with next update or when they have time

The only way to fix this would be to set the price of said script at 0 this would keep it from becoming valuable

It doesn\'t matter, there\'s going to be a database wipe in the future anyway.

And yes, this really does need fixing :) Quest items should be flagged as quest items and should all be worth 0 to the wrong people.

That or be tagged as one only. In orther words you could only possess one such item at a time so he could keep giving it to you but your inventory will not accept it.

I think the NPC should remember he has given you the item and refuse when you request it the second time.

I think jorrit mentioned in the mining thread that there will be (could be) a max amount for a stack (ie 20 gold ore). If that is implemented they could just set the max stack count of quest items to 1. Thus if you have one you cant get another one.

Only problem with that would be, what if a quest required more than one item?

A quest will rarely require two same items. And if it does then we can simply set the stack count to two :-)
