EDIT Seems like they got some hidden charges up their sleevs. These are from the license.

my account has been active about 5 months, they just recently opened there paid services whcih are indeed very cheap...

i believe that means like internet use charges...

you dont give them any personal information really to where they can charge you...

and if you dont like free than pay for there $2 personal package :P
