I signed up for CB... then when I tried to log in it said that... That account is for an older release of PS. Does anyone know how to sign up for CB?

Did you download the new crystal blue client, then run the updater? :)

Might be something to try, then you have to register/validate the account, should be good to go then, barring hardware/software issues.
