How do you do them? I created an image but there isnt a way to upload them to PSforums.....Does any1 know a site where I could upload then use html? ?(

You have to load them from somewhere else on the internet.  If you have no where to put it, you might want to try an free account at photobucket (http://photobucket.com/) or a similiar hosting service.
