Title: New character experience and progression points

In the player guide it says that every new character starts the game with 50 % experience and 5 progression points.

However, I had 0 of both. Is this something that new characters will get in the future or something that has been removed from the game?

same here. but some people have said they started with 5 PP, even though i didnt...

i dunno the cause, a bug, or they changed it since they started the open testing...

when I moved my char from MB to CB I got 50% xp, but no pp and anyway, 5 pp is really not a lot and certainly 50% is.

dunno anything about that...
Soon, the char DB will be completely wiped. So, maybe this advantage will be implemented after.
