i am very new to macs and i have no idea on where any of these folders are never mind being able to add new lines and folders to them.  I having the same issue with the game starting and hearing the start up music then it just exits the program and asks me if i want to send an error report to apple. I\'m very interested in the game but it has to be newbie friendly, or i need very specific instructions on how to make it work. Can any help me?

That fixed it for me! now i can get to the log in screen but i can\'t seem to find connect to a server.  anyone else haveing problems tonight? its about 9:30 pm eastern time here on the 9th of january

Have you tried logging out, and logging back in? The quick way to do this is press Apple+Shift+Q and then logging back in. Be prepaired to know your password.

Now, assuming you already made an account, just type in that information and hit \"OK\" don\'t even bother with the two locations you can choose between. This should take you to a new screen where you can create/choose a character.

Remember;

Username=Email address
Password= Was set when you clicked validation link

i\'m fairly sure that the server is down for a rebuild tonight, so that probably explains the reason you can\'t connect.

Indeed, the server is currently down for a CVS rebuild. (http://laanx.fragnetics.com/index.php)
