Title: Name changes.

Is there a way to request having a character deleted because someone decided that \"Echo\" was a dumb name, and that something that sounded like some un-talked about disease was a better name for your character?
Because if there isn\'t, I\'m going to be a bit irked about all the time wasted downloading a game where people who are named after building design programs are allowed to randomly change the names of people who happen to like their original name.

Heh...I know someone named Echo. It\'s more of a nick of theirs though. :D
