Title: Cant Create A Character

When I Load The Crystal Blue BETA Version I Dont See Where I Can Create A Character Some1 Plz Help Me. I Read Those Guides But I Just Cant Find The Create A Character Button.

i cant log in it says enter account name and peope are saying to use email but when i try to put @ it shows up as 2 it doesnt accept shift keys. :\'(
