Title: *The first Pilgrimage

I here by announce that I am preparing to go on pilgrimage from Odjaveda through the wilderness to the Statue of Laanx in the great square and invite all who wish to join me on it.
I will be leaving the Bar in Ojaveda at sunrise on [ooc this Saturday GMT up for discussion to gain the most beneficial hour.] and tracking to the following shrines:
A) Wrath of the Gods (a fallen stalactite(?) in the wilderness)
B) The Ancient head (in one of the mining quarry near the road)
C) The Blue Stone (in (damned what is his name? He sells the magic items)\'s house) :P
D) The Statue of Laanx (Hydlaa Plaza)
E) The Temple of Laanx (Duh)

I will be praying at each of the locations for the continued safety and sanity of Yliakum. So come on, even those who do not follow Laanx should at least join us. Many of these artifacts may not even belong to her.

[ooc Instead of just complaining about how little RP has been happening of late I thought I would do something. If you are interested in telling a story about an artifact (please be interested) then PM me and I\'ll take it off the list. I don\'t want to make up stories for everything and there are plenty of better writers around here than I am.
I will be praying In Character at each of the locations and walking to the next. I am not sure how long the walk is but hell, should be a nice chance to hang out. I\'ve timed the running distance and lets just say it ain\'t short :)
Anyhow the final meeting is in the temple so we can all just have one big RP fest. (bring your flaming spheres for juggling ;) )]

Anyone interested. I am really flexible on the Time but I think most of the major RPers that I know are EST or in the UK (I don\'t know the Time Zone there) so it will probably be...interesting. Tentatively I\'m setting it for 06:00hrs GMT

well if youre worrying about me being EST, then imagine this

anytime from about 3PM EST Friday to 10PM EST Sunday I can play, i just need to know when so i can make arrangements to sleep, since i dont have any prior arrangements :P

Sesmi PST is -8 GMT (I am PST also)
Sure Lynx 20:00 GMT Saturday sounds fine by me thats...12:00 PST so I\'ll have to get up early rather than just staying awake. But, I\'m fine.

CST would make the meeting at 14:00hrs (2pm) mike
((Just for the record I have nothing against Indiana I just know it is CST...If he meant Central Standard Time.))

PS Oh and since the Head is a Garbage chute it is off the list.

Well we could visit it, even now that we know that it is a place for garbage.  The people of Yliakm think of corpses as garbage so a \"garbage-place\" could also be, well it couldnt the corpses are thrown of the border.

Most of Indiana is EST. Suburbs of Chicago and St. Louis that happen to be in Indiana are on CST.

why don\'t they make a ingame day and time bar, we have to choose a month in char. creation so I guess they have names for the days too. I think it\'s easier to say \"meet me at 13.00 on Mornsday\" .

But they don\'t have dates ingame.  What if you want to set up something a week ahead of time in rl.  I would have to get out the \'ol calculator to figure out exactly when that might be gametime since a game day is every 24 real minutes.

What?!, garbage is part of the culture, for there goes our people dead, our weapons rusted, our handkerchiefs used.  They do one of the most vital funtions in all of PS.  I would be honored to visit one such place, and think it will be the highlight of the pilgramage.

If you show up and desire to visit the Head I\'ll take you there but...It is a Garbage chute, it doesen\'t seem like a verry Spiritual place to me...unless it is represenitive of \"mother earth\" accepting her dead back.
We\'ll take a vote at the appropriate time IG.

On a sad note no one has PMed me asking to tell a story so, thus far there are none. *weeps* Lost history.

Sorry good sir, i must dissapoint you, I seem to have a prior engagement at the time, so I won\'t be joining you. But I hope you all have a happy trip and find your spirits strengthened.

By engagement I mean I\'ll be out of town, by prior I mean I learned earlier today :D

I must respectfully decline the offer to join the pilgrimage. It\'s not so much due to my... reservations towards dieties of any kind, but more due to some sort of condition that won\'t let me move. Cure is underway, but unfortunately the time required is unknown as of yet.
