Title: planshift team and players i need some help

i load the game ok but when i go to make and new character and choose my race it comes up with and error saying


Something unexpected happened to planshift: crystal blue
exeption at address: 069640Dr  code:c0000005

please make a patch or update to fix this or tell me what is rong please i really want to play this game!!!
