I am currently working on a katana (my weapon of choice) mesh, and want to make a nice texture for it.
I am using wings3d for it and wanted to know if/how to make textures in it, I wasnt able to save the UVmap I created anywhere.

Hi there.
When you open the menu in AutoUV window, there should be a \'Create Texture\' choice. After you have the UV mapping as an image, you can export it to various image formats from the outliner window.

Well so far so god, but how do I get the colored UV back in?
