I\'m sorry if this has already been discussed or something, but when I searched for it I got like 5 pages of results and the first few didn\'t have anything to do with it. I\'m not a fan of going though results, so...
How about when you right click a player and \"look\" at them, there is a button for an image of that char. This image would be a drawn portrait of them, stuff like what is in the \"fan-fan art project\". I think it\'d be really cool. If you have to click the button to see the image that means you would NOT have to DL the image onto your PC until you look at it, so it would not be bandwidth intensive. Other good things would be a limit to file size, a limit to the dimensions, and of course, GMs would have to approve the image before it appeared in your description.
Whadda you think?

Hmm... I\'m rather fan of written descriptions, but... well... that\'s just me...
-
Oh I\'m not saying remove the written description, I just mean it as another option on top of the written ones.
IE. You \"look\" at them and can read the written description to your heart\'s content, but then there is also a button for an image, if the player has provided one.
-
Yes, but this way written descriptions will be unneeded.
I\'m not saying it\'s a bad idea though. Just that I wouldn\'t vote \"yes\".
-
well, it would not do anyhting since it would be loaded as you look at the info. but i don\'t want random people (rpkers mabye) seeing my stats :D so mabye a hall of records or something
-
The description thingy is already there... it doesn\'t tell others your stats... and neither would the image, if it were added...
-
Sounds interesting, so... anyway to control what they post as an image or could it be anything?
-
Well it would be best if it had to be approved by a GM before the image would show in the profile... otherwise immature kids\'ll start popping in porn and sick images...
