Title: Custom avatars

Hey this is kindof a stupid question but how do i get custom avatars because right now all i have is rankings and i dont know how to get rid of them :P

Use the Search button.

Avatars are only for Developers, Moderators, GMs, WTB members, and any other \'special\' people (chrischoo the Server Sponsor, for example).
