Title: Please I need help as faster as possible!

Oh man,I\'ve just downloaded the game,and I dont know what I gotta do.

1.Do I have to download patches?


2.Where can I create an account?Like I saw the site and couldnt find a link to create account.

Go to the place on the site where you downloaded the game. there you should be able to find a link to make an account.
You don\'t need patches but you will have to update the game first with the updater.
