Ok, i\'ve been tryingto play this, and I can get in and make a character and upload it and everything, but whenever I get in the game, my character can only move forward at an awkward angle, left and right, at a very slow pace. Even then, I only slide, and I cant turn or anything. Please help.
And, i know this is off topic, but how do you change/get an avatar? All I see is a box that says select avatar with nothing in it and no avatar
-
Off topic first: regular people can\'t get an avatar.
On topic:
how is your FPS count?
Awkward angle? Which view mode are you using?
-
Only GM\'s, Devs, ect. get them
-
Use the WASD keys instead of the arrow keys, or the arrow keys instead of the WASD keys, depending on your settings. That slow pace to the left or right is called strafing. And use M to change the view until you like it.
-
Also, holding SHIFT key while pressing one of those keys will make you run.

Its not a matter of what keys im using, i\'ve used both. I think its a bug, you would understand if you saw it. When I hit the forward key, instead of going directly straight, I slide to the left a little. MY character\'s legs do not move. And I know how fast people walk in this game, and this is waaaay slower. I\'ll try redownloading
-
If you\'re sliding to the left and your legs arn\'t moving, you are strafing in the Left direction. Thus you are not pressing the Forward key.
Redownloading will be a massive waste of time for you when you can just go into the Options menu and re-bind your keys. :)

Although I cant connect right now, im sure my keys are all correct. I never changed them, and when I hit the forward key I DO move forward, just at like a 75 degree angle instead of 90. And his legs dont move. I also cant turn around, i\'ve hit all of the keys

Maybe you should check out your keyboard settings. I have a QWERTY keyboard wich I bought in The Netherlands, still my settings are United States, because if I use the settings for The Netherlands, my keyboard doesn\'t function properly. Is your keyboard QWERTY or AZERTY, because that\'s a huge difference. You can see which keyboard you have, by looking at the letter-keys left on top.
