Ya mines crashing too.. i hope its just becose the servers down or some thing. i wounder if this is that wipe thing they talked about on the other forum of if the server just crashed.... but ya my updater dosent ushaly crash but its doing that now too.
Bla! im typeing this after i dint look at the date of your post we are not talking about the same server beeing down time sry.

I used the --auto thing with my updater and it works just fine. I had been getting a M$ error message. I don\'t know if that\'s your problem or if you have a completely differant problem though...

To stop your updater from crashing:

Try executing updater.exe --auto in the planeshift directory. To do this;
Right click on \'planeshift updater\' shortcut in the start menu.
Click Properties.
In the \'Target\' box, add --auto to the end of what is already in there without disturbing the existing contents. It should look something like:
\"C:\\Program Files\\Planeshift Crystal Blue\\Updater.exe\" --auto
Note the space between what was already in there and the \'--auto\' you appended.
Now attempt to run the updater again.
It works for me.
