Title: How do i eat???

i understand eating heals a bit.. but how do i do it? i got bread from the store and iv tryed duble clicking it and sticking it in my guys face but i cant eat it any one know how to eat?

Drop the food item onto your paperdoll (your character) in your inventory.

The /use command should also work.
