Title: Game wont open?

sorry if this is pre-posted, but when i try to open planeShift, The command prompt runs, the game screen seems to open, then it closes and nothing happens.  Ive run the updater multiple times, but its still a problem. please help!

alrighty, sorry, i have a Compaq Evo 610c (laptotp). Its got a pentium 4, 23 free gigs of hard drive, i believe a 128 MB ram, umm... i cant think of much else. if you need more, post back, or i might check my e-mail  (inchwormz@hotmail.com)

128 MB RAM??? are you sure......that could be the prob...cause that\'s a bit low...for this game

whoopsies, i was wrong, its got a 256 Mb RAM, could it possibly be an incorrect setting with my colors or screen resolution?  if there have been similar problems, please direct me there so i can learn from an old mistake.  otherwise, please try to share your wisdom about my issue

also 256 mb ram sounds perhaps a bit low. what\' your cpu speed?
