Title: Couldn't Resolve Server Hostname...?

I have Windows XP and Norton Systems.  When I try to connect to the game (after uploading my character) I get \"Couldn\'t Reslove Server Hostname\" when ps.gameiix.com is the server name.  When I try the 203... number it says I\'ve been dropped for an unknown reason.  Can anyone relate? Ora more importantly, can anyone HELP!?  ?(

try better ps.gamiix.com
but sometimes it\'s down... that can happen.
