Title: Trance[]Control!!!
Post by: Efflixi Aduro on February 19, 2005, 01:25:59 am
This is a techno group that can be described by three words. Oh My God. I was blowen away when i heard  a song called Liebe and i needed more. So, i went onto their site to see how many songs they had. Its turns out the have put 1/2 of their songs free for download and te other 1/2 to download if you pay an annual $12 fee. These guys make the greatest techno songs I have ever heard and if you like techno you should really take a listen. The song I mentioned earlyer (Liebe) is one of the annual fee songs but if you go to download.com and go to music you can find it there. My other favs include:
Hyperdrive
Unicorn_RIP
Lobotimized_Unicorn
Mystique
Hyperacusus
Gothenburg sound
Atomic Dance Explosion
Psychotic Chaos

I really reccomend trance[]control if you like techno. I hope you like them as much as i do :)

Edit: Forgot the link to the site :P

Edit Edit: Heres the link to download Liebe

Listening to Liebe at the moment. About 2 minutes in, and it\'s sounding kinda \"same-y\"... *continues listening*

Hmm... well I like trance, but this is definitely not amongst the best I\'ve heard. Too repetitive, quite boring. The robotic voices don\'t seem to fit well and sound too random. I guess people who like to go \"raving\" in danceclubs might like this, but I like my trance with a bit of body. :)

I listen to a lot of different music... Come to think of it, I\'m not entirely sure where the emphasis is in that sentence... either on \"a lot\", on \"different\", on \"music\" or on all of them together ;) Anyway, my first introduction to t r a n c e [] c o n t r o l  was also their Liebe (which just to clarify isn\'t all theirs, but a joint production). A brilliant track in my opinion, but I do see what our resident kitty means in that it\'s repetetive, because, well... it is :) Very addictive, however, there\'s just something about it...

Current queue in amaroK as follows (sorry for the long list ;) ):
trance[]control - liebe (playing right now, thanks to you ;) )
Sort Sol - Let Your Fingers Do the Walking
Enigma - Morphing Thru Time
Don\'t Eat The Neighbours theme song
Delta Goodrem - Innocent Eyes
Jamiroquai - Litte L
Liam Lynch - United States of Whatever
Manu Chao - Me Gustas Tu
M?rkeM?ndene - Jorden Den Er Giftig (Danish electronic/rap band)
Men at Work - Down Under
Mozart\'s Moonlight Sonata
S?ren Trautner Madsen - Den ?gte Karl Koder (again Danish, a cover of Eminem\'s Real Slim Shady with alternative and very geeky lyrics)
Twisted Sister - I Wanna Rock
The music from the Warcraft III trailer
Clannad - I Will Find You
Bl?mchen - Herz am Herz

Heh, sounds like music on Tekken.
Its not really that great. I still think that The Crystal Method - Ready for Action and The Chemical Brothers - Setting Sun  completely own.
I still havent managed to find any better techno music groups than The Crystal Method, The Chemical Brothers and Overseer.
