Title: Can you not customize your character?

I\'m having a problem. (Obviously)

I go to make a new character, and when I go to set the hair/eyes/etc nothing changes. It stays exactly the same no matter what.

Can you not customize? Or is it just me?

The different skins have not been implemented yet.

I know, i shouldnt be talking, i never do... but i just keep seeing this same topic come up
