EDIT: the title should say \"What is the diffrence between \'Crystal Blue Problems/Bugs\' and \'Technical help\'?\".
the description from \'Technical Help\' says \"Setup Problems, Connection Problems, Gameplay Bugs, other tech support. We may have answers... we probably don\'t. :-)\", or shorter \"problems and bugs\". But since everyone now is playing/improving CB, it basicaly says the same as \'Crystal Blue Problems/Bugs\', no?
Two subforums causes a lot of uncertainty for people who want to post their problem in the right subforum. And it makes that stickies with common fixes are found faster and easier.
Personally I would, if possible, merge the two subformus.

My interpretation of the distinction is this: The Problems/Bugs (http://www.planeshift3d.com/wbboard/board.php?boardid=33) forum is primarily for playability and useability issues, such as My shield turned into bacon (http://www.planeshift3d.com/wbboard/thread.php?threadid=14659&boardid=33&styleid=3), or I can\'t install the latest update (http://www.planeshift3d.com/wbboard/thread.php?threadid=14433&boardid=33&styleid=3). The Technical Help (http://www.planeshift3d.com/wbboard/board.php?boardid=17) forum is mainly for source-level problems, such as Which version of lib_OpenGL do I need or My processor has burst into flames! (http://www.planeshift3d.com/wbboard/thread.php?threadid=14674&boardid=17&styleid=3)
This is only a personal opinion, however; Your Mileage May Vary. :P
