Im abit of a noob so i dont really knwo names yet. This is only a very small idea. But the journey between the plaza and the arabian like place is long, i thought if they added a halfway tavern it would be just a nice feature along the road and would be realistic, perhaps a quest could take part there to make it more useful.
-
Yes, they do need to put something in there because it is a very long and boring walk. Like a tavern or maybe a dungeon would be good.
-
or maybe not everywhere have to be interressing, sometimes travel are just boring^^ that\'s much more realistic!!!
I think it\'s a really good idea to have something not interessing between 2 \"interessing place\", so you have to really want go there to succed - adventures are that too
Travel with friends, try to leave the path to go through hills, etc... and you will found maybe more interessant thing.

And unpleasant things too...:D

Here\'s an idea: How about people START one, just assume someone built a stand for it, and, if it lasts long enough, the mods may be more likely to put something there?
Seriously. Should work with a lot of \'markets\'

hah. i doubt that anyone will attempt that. The tavern would be a nice idea tho. And boy you dont want to go into those hills for \"fun\"

Nah, no way. I like the open feilds and the sense that you are exloring an uknown place. And then you run into a tavern, yah, it kills it.

And existance of a road gives you such sense? Anyway, you can just leave the road if you want.

I dont really think it would be too unrealistic nor do i beleive it would ruin the \"feel\" of travel as it was quite common place for taverns to be located along roads between major cities and the outlying areas(i mean it was kind of a necessity trips that take us hours now took weeks in the medievial era...
just my two trias

Even just a campfire or circle of wagons or something far more minimalist than a tavern would be cool, and will break the trip up and serve for a landmark when describing travel directions and locations to people, and so on.
The flames might keep prowling Tefusangs away on those long cold dark nights when travellers caught on the open road after dark band together for their own protection..

I have to agree with that.

Even that will do.
But perhaps it shouldn\'t be along the road but hidden in the hills, for even Rouges and such have to drink ale sometimes....
-
yea i agree i think something more in those empty field would be nice.

I could go either way, we were talking about that in the Kada-el tavern today, another tavern would not be nice, but a hunting lodge would. one with furs on the floors and creature\'s heads mounted on the walls. the place could be made of logs and such. I think It would be good.
