Title: New Update, but still right version??

I received a new update from the server today, but when i start planeshift now and wanna join Laanx, its says i am not running the right version :\'(

Same here. I am not happy. There are more updates than hours in a day :( I can\'t wait ! Dfryer, Cha0s, please, a new update !

same problem here, i have successfully joined the server yesterday but i was having the \"server dropped us :invalid error message\" problem or something like that and few things with my settings that change to default every time i try to join,but today i cant join. well i guess i was lucky anyway to play a bit and chat again with friends...

Yeah, I am now getting the same \"you are not running the correct version of planeshift for this server.\" I ran the new updater, it did its thing, apparently updated the updater as well as psclient (but these do not show anything different than before) but it still says wrong version.

Right, I should get some essays done, hopefully the new distro will be up within a couple weeks, preferably (in my opinion at least) at the same time the total wipe will occur so we mac users wont be behind.

So I think all we can do is wait for now...

Thanks dfryer for the hard work, I look forward to 3.007 and ultimately (maybe by next year???) Steel Blue!!! =)

Ah... I just got on for the first time a couple days ago, so I thought this was just me. I\'m getting the \"wrong version\" message too, and I\'m already running 3.007. Hmm. Since I have no idea how I got it to work in the first place, I\'m afraid of trying to update it again. Oh well, it was nice while it lasted.

blackbow13: Have no fear, if updating turns out to be messy, it probably still won\'t be as messy as it was to get it all working in the first place!

I\'ll try and find out if there are any major plans to change the network version in the near future and if not I will rebuild.  Sorry for my absence, but school & home are my #1 priority right now!

That\'s cool; I\'ve been waiting a couple of years, I suppose I can wait a bit longer! ;)  Thanks for working on it!
