Title: What Class or Stats should I choose?

I wanted to know what you guys recommended for the class, job, and other selections.  Thanks.

I am a mage of the dark way, but hey..thats just me. You should just review advantages and disadvantages of everything and pick whatever fits your style best.

Before you create a character, you gotta understand the world, the races and everything going on. I suggest reading through the website overview, then decide what you like best about role playing. If you want to be a fighter, choose a race that has high strength, endurance and agility, if a mage, one that is has high charisma, will and/or intelligence. I would also suggest you read through the player guide while thinking about these things. Finally, choose a good name, even better when it means something to you or relates to what you will do when you have the trias to buy spells or longswords/battleaxes, as the name is generally the first impression people have of you.

I personally will be a ranger who dabbles in some magic and excells at archery (when it\'s incorporated)

In other words, meditate about if you were born into Yliakum, who would you be, and make it happen.
