So I was moving when he was born and my DSL cam on last night but I (and by I am mean my wife) gave birth to a nice and healthy baby boy.
Liam was 10lbs 6oz and 22inches
Now to put that in perspective I am a sinuey(sp) 121 lbs at 5\' 9\" and my wife is a pettite 110 at 5\' 6\". Anyone doing the math can realize the boy should not be so big. I\'ve fathered a football star in some states :)
Anyhow...Rejoice with me!
-
Don\'t know ya but what the heck, congratulations!
well for me I know I won\'t be having a child for a long time (only 17*) :D
no idea about your baby\'s size though, we don\'t use lbs but kg and we use cm instead of inches so... but congratulations again and may your son grow strong and healthy ;)
-
Congratulations, X!
Don\'t spoil the kid. :D
P.S. That\'s freakin\' Huge!
-
congratz XpYtZ i know you\'ve been looking forward to him being born =)
and btw that baby realy is big o.o
-
Congrats, oh if you are looking for names star wars is always a good place to look :P. Just dont name your kid Red 5 or Pink 5 :P.
-
Put him on in the \"faces behind the players\" section!.
I dont know if I\'m the stupidest one here... Or if people are just afraid of looking stupid by asking... But what is a sinuey and pettite?
Congrats!
-
dont worry RV, i dont know what that is either. i dont know standard sizes of babies either.. but im pretty sure 22 inches is big. anywayz, congrats, nice to see you came back. where did you go? o.O
*rejoices w. XpYtZ*
-
Remember the first 3 years is an important part of your child\'s life. :D
-
Yay I love babys!
Gratz Xpytz. Hope you dont turn out to hate eachother like me and my dad >_>
I mean it man, get to know your son before it\'s too late.
-
Gratz man, babies rule...they walk around...smell...cry...eat...make a mess....and all those other things that are cute until you have to deal with it
Sinuey mean thin, I believe
Petite mean smaller...a cute girl, it\'s a kind of look for a girl per se..
-
Congradulations my friend. :)
And good luck, you\'ll need it.
-
Congradulations, you think having the baby is exciting you are going to have so many more years of terrifying/exciting events :) Perhaps make a thread and keep updates of your adventures with having a child :P
-
Congradulations
O.O your wife is the same size as my fiance and that was a realy big baby...... Ashley would probably kill me if ours turn out to be that big
*Starts hopeing that when he and his fiance start haveing children that they aren\'t that big at birth*
-
Already thinking about kids are you ;)
-

-

Congrats on fatherhood :) Enjoy it while you can, for you must fear the Terrible Twos! ;) and kids grow up so fast these days...
-
Wow congratulations!!
I was also born 22 inches. Now I\'m 20 years old and 6\'7\'\' tall. But then my parents both are much taller than you and your wife so it\'s not so sure he\'ll become that tall.
Have fun with your kid, and may he grow up stong an healthy!
-
Congrats! May your patience pool never run dry! :)
-
CONGRATULATIONS XpYtZ!
We want pics, pics, pics ... :D
* does the happy dance *
yep, I am enjoying the moments with ya :]
-
Congrats Xpytz! Do the right thing and make him not become an addict to PS ok?
-
Congratulations X, I hope this brings you much happiness. Having something created from you, your blood. Your flesh. Having it created and to see it moving, breathing and living is most likely the most amazing thing you can observe. I hope you and your family continue to grow (or stay the same, it\'s up to your wife I suppose ;) ) and continue to be happy. Just be sure to remember what you have, and try to enjoy it.
-

Even though it has already been said many times, Congratulations :D I am so happy that you have this joy.
-
I\'ll post a picture as soon as I have one scanned. I don\'t have a digital camera -I actually hate all forms of photography since I look like crap in every picture ever- but I\'ll get one out there as soon as the wife gives me a picture. :)
-
CONGRATS I wish you all luck for the future of your baby! May I wish you luck!
-
Yes the thread is ancient but I promised a picture when I had one and now I have one.

Should have got with fesfes.... :D
Btw, AWW BABY!!! :) *pinch pinch*
edit, pressed u instead of i in pinch, that wouldnt be good...
-
I used to like babies until my dad and stepmom poofed up a couple half brothers for me. Those things were pure evil...
But babies make the most funny faces.
Many gratzez.
-
nice cybio, soemtimes I feel that way about my little sister, eep! goes off to cry at the bad memories that brought up! D
-
Babies are teh evuhl!!! EVUHL!!! They stink, they are high maintenance, they are more trouble than they are good, they grow up to be teenagers with drug problems, and you will spend 50% of your time trying to get them out of jail and the other 50% trying to get them to not do drugs and other \"bad\" things. Then, in the end, when you are old and need care in some sort of facility, your kids will say \"F*ck you! Figure it out yourself.\" but you don\'t have the money to rent a place in the nursing home because you are still paying back their college loans although they dropped out the second week. With your heart weakening by the day, you all of a sudden feel a pain in your chest, and your left arm goes numb--a heart attack. What do your kids do? Abandon you in their own pursuit of glory, money, and materialistic happiness.
Other than that, they are...well, ok to be around. Good luck! :D
-
Good job Faldrok. Now he\'s probably going to do something crazy to \"take care\" of the baby \"problem\".
-
I would be for explosives, wont let any signs of the baby back.
HECK! Dont do what I said. Babies are cute, as long as they havent learned how to scream and how to stink.
-
Babies are born weapons of mass mess and stink. They come prepackaged with the knowledge of how to make life more difficult.
-
While I agree that the kid makes all kinds of problems he is my kid and with that comes the ability to brainwash him into doing my bidding as he gets older so I see it as a fair trade. j/k :D
-
indeed... mwaahaahaa!!!
-
Whatever you do, please don\'t spoil him. A lot of parents tend to do that with their first-born child because they just feel the \"need\" for it or something. I do not intend to be rude with the next statement, but we don\'t need any more spoiled brats in this world, so do your part right and all will be fine...for now. ;)
-
Spoiling them makes it worse for you because then they get real nasty and lazy. I was spoiled as a kid and I wretch at the thought of hard work.
-
That proves my point exactly on the dot. Good job, Cybio...good job. *Faldrok hands Cybio a rake, and then grins*
Take him as an example: WE DON\'T NEED ANY MORE CYBIOS IN THIS WORLD!!! :P
So, how\'s the little critter coming along? No illnesses, I hope. You deserve to be taken through the torture that is parenthood. ;)
-
Congrats, my kids were 7pound range. So Ten pounds is WOW and OUCHIE!
My advice is remember, they don\'t break, picking him up will NOT spoil him and eventually they stop leaking from both ends.
