Title: im lost... why cant i...

install this file?

i downloaded the 230MB file but its just like a DOS window that opens for a few seconds doesnt actualy do anything... the file size isnt exactly 230 mb it is 227mb, i had to restart cause of my internet crashing - stupid ntl... could this have caused a problem?

any clues?

should i restart the PC? is there a way around it? have i done somthing totaly wrong?

Most likely it\'s corrupted and neds to be redownloaded. To verify, use this tool (http://md5summer.org/download.html) and check if the checksum is exactly like the one quoted on the PS download site (89b4ad063e4e9cd39afb63e4680810f7).
If it isn\'t, it\'s corrupted.
I have heard that download managers may do that accasionally, so maybe download with your plain webbrowser. As for the filesize: I don\'t have the latest version so I don\'t know what it should be.
