Title: Character creation problems

I cannot make any new characters, any paths I choose it says are invalid, I even tried many different combonations of backgrounds and it still says invalid. It also has many crashes during charactre creation. Anyone have a way to fix this?

Now I cannot even get into the game without it crashing ...
