Title: not general, or technical help, rather recruitment problems

This is help, but not technical...
and it doesn\'t fit in any other category so...
ANYWAY
1. I  wanted to do concept art for planeshift. I\'m a fairly good drawer of faces, and I practice anime drawing eveeryday.
2. I might want to make planeshift promotional banners. Can this be \"oficial\"?
