i have the same problem... but i think i might have an answer for u at least. tho im new so if it doesnt work then sorry... when u go into ur start and then to plainshift doesnt it have a \"plainshift setup\" under it? mine does, u can go in their and click something to center it, i managed to do it before i had to install it all again... now for some reason when i click on that i get an error report and i cant move the screen >.<
anyone have an alternative way to help us noobs move the screen to the middle?

Go to the pssetup program and change the game resolution to something that fits within the constraints of your monitor\'s resolution.  If you don\'t, it will cut off whatever does not fit.  i.e. I play at 1024x768 windowed, but one monitor is at 1152x864, so I can move the client around easily.

LOL my boyfriend shrunk the screen and we moved it that way, its a good temp solution, but is their any other way of changing the screen settings besides going thro the planeshift setup program, or thro right clickin plainshift and then fiddling with the options (did that too didnt work)?????

anyhelp would be good. thanks for reading.

You can edit planeshift.cfg in your Planeshift Crystal Blue folder directly to change the values.

On Windows, try rightclicking the game\'s taskbar menu (when you\'ve got it running, obviously) and choose Move from the menu. Then use the arrow keys to move the window onto your screen.

As for pssetup.exe crashing on some systems, this is a known issue. Fixes will start to appear from tomorrow onwards.

all you have to do is hit control-alt-delete and right click on planeshift and select maximize.  its not permanent but you dont have to change the size
