Where does one go to train at? Can you train stats, or just skills, and what does it cost?

I am fairly sure this is covered in the guide, but in case it\'s not;

You train by selecting an NPC, and click train in the shortcuts window or type /train. If the are a trainer, a window will pop up saying what they can train you in.

You can train anything from raising your stats to mining, sword, etc. but most NPCs will only train in a few specific things.

Each \"training session\" costs 42 trias, you need to buy as many as it takes to fill up the yellow bar completely green, then you need to practice the skill by doing whatever it is (mining by mining, sword by fighting with a sword, etc.)
