Title: Client Wont Start Up

was at my friends house and we downloaded planshift and burned it onto a cd; I took it to my house and installed it on my copputer... and it doesnt work! I tried reistalling it 2 or 3 times and it didnt work... When I try to launch planeshift the dos window opens then closes but nothing happens after that. I\'ve searched the forums for a solution but I couldn\'t find one. Can anyone help me?

Some more info would be helpful such as:
* what operating system are you using (win98 has/had some issues with the updater, see the forums)
* exactly what steps have you taken in running the program, e.g. what files did you (double)click on

BTW, next time you enter a topic try searching the forum first, there is a topic with almost exactly the same title as this one, and identical content just 10 lines below this one...

i have windows xp home edition, my computer is a compaq, my graphics card is intel extreme graphics and i just got the latest driver for it a few minutes ago and it still wont work.
