Title: What should I do?

what should I do? If i put my acount then i get it isn\'t valid, if i put my acount i get isn\'t valid too... I\'m not to smart but what should I do? (PS: use simple english, please)

Your account is the email address you registered with. Enter your account in the Username field and your password in the Password field, and then log in.
