Title: Where is the temple?

I\'ve probably seen it a billion times, but I\'m not sure. there\'s supposed to be an entrance to the sewer there.... people have told me where it is, but I still can\'t find it. :(

The temple is the big red spikey building next to the plaza. But there\'s no sewer entrance anywhere near that.
