Hi,
I am a player on the game \"PlaneShift\" and am enjoying it very much. But at what seems like random times it comes up with the message \"Something unexpected happened in PlaneShift: Crystal Blue Exception at address: 7C00724A, Exception code: C0000005

Yes No\" and if i click yes it comes up with the message \"Saved dump file to \'C:\\Program Files\\PlaneShift_Diddleo_Version_Mar 31 2005_Addr7C00724A.dmp\'. Please email this file to the PlaneShift developers, detailing how this happened. If you have any concerns about privacy, see http://watson.microsoft.com/dw/1033/dcp.asp\" I have tried turning the sound off as well as the transparent windows and it still lags but it dosen\'t seem to work.
please help me with this problem because I enjoy the game but it is hard to play when that message comes up and exits the program

and another thing is (it is probably said in another thread but i\'ll ask anyways) how often should I update?

That diagnostic file must be sent to the devs.. Go to bugtracker and send it there. It must be uploaded to a free site first so they can check though. (I think).
As for the game running. Id try.. updating drivers, close all unnecesary windows and programs, uninstall, reinstall, update, windowed mode/music off. If all that doesnt work, then you have a bigger problem.

Alright.. go to the Bug\'s section of the forums. And in there theres my thread called \"All the bugs list\". Acraig posted the webpage there. I forgot exactly what it is and im too lazy to look cuz i have like very low bandwidth right now.
