wow  i just found a bunch of npc\'s that do nopthing. they wont answer my greetings like evryone else.  anyone know what the fanatics arre for... the story line behind them etc ?

Are you talking about the fanatics inside that large room in the sewers? If that is the case they serve but one purpose .. slaying ;)

Yes just train on them - you don\'t get any loot though.

are they hard to beat ? do you have to be quite high to kill them  ? or are they like the rats  and easy to kill.

They are tougher then the rogues in the sewers.

The history behind these fanatics are that these are religion insane driven people that have been exiled from society completely. Best approuch them with caution as they bite without warning.

I found them easier to kill than rogue. They did less damage and took about as much hits as a gobble. I\'d rate them between gobble and rogue.

they are pretty similar to gobbles in ability, I\'m not sure if their race determines their abilities or not.
