I\'m fairly new here at Planeshift but i\'m very excited about the game and what lies ahead. I started it last week and to my surrise i found it very addictive, enchanting, beautiful and exciting. I met another person while I was playing and started a conversation. That character told me that the server would be wiped and that everthing will be reset? As you can imagine i\'m very upset about this, the prospect of loosing my game and my character is horrible. Could anyone give me any info whether this will happen or EVEN if it will?

And if it will could you give us a RELATIVE time for when it will happen (ex. week, 2 weeks, month, 3 months, year, etc.)??

This has been asked many times before. There is a sticky in the General Discussion forum (http://www.planeshift3d.com/wbboard/thread.php?threadid=14529&boardid=13&styleid=3&sid=c244670c7783c764380299851ce09a38) with information about why this needs to happen. No one knows when it will happen, but it probably won\'t be very soon because the economy needs to be sorted out and any bugs still in the game need to be taken care of.
Please search the forums before making new posts. It\'s okay since you\'re new to the forums, but for future reference always use the search feature before creating a new thread.
