If that website tells you it\'s online, it\'s online baby. :) So if you\'re having problems connecting, please perform the relevant forum searches to find the answers you need.

Some common solutions are as follows:

If you are behind a firewall or router, you must allow UDP traffic access through port 7777. If you don\'t know how to do this, consult your software/hardware\'s manual.

Some ISPs automatically put their users behind a router or firewall. If you\'re sure you don\'t personally use one, and there seems to be no explaination as to why you cannot connect, we suggest contacting your ISP about the issue.

Remember- run the Updater frequently!
