first of all, ive noticed that the chat does not consistently show the bottom-most post. you keep having to manually scroll down. Secondly, I dont think this happens every time, but the tower along with the laanx temple and the statue of laanx were checkered as if their textures were not showing up. But like i said, I dont think that happens every time you log on.
