Its not that its not available, its that there are some small problems with the servers as of now....not sure exactly what it is, but hopefully its fixed soon

Actually, the problem is with the current client distribution. A plugin file is missing. Please use this forum (http://www.planeshift3d.com/wbboard/board.php?boardid=32) for all Mac-related things (as that sticky says, *cough*).
