Title: how do i open pssetup.cfg?

i need to open pssetup.cfg, but i dont know how? what program and so on...

Whenever you have a file that holds data in a textual format like a .cfg, .log, .cpp or something similar, it can always be opened in Notepad or another text editor.  Heck, you could even open an animated Gif in Notepad if you wanted, it just doesn\'t look very pretty...

Right click on the file and select \"Open with...\" and then choose Notepad from the list.
