Okay, I updated using the updater and everything (which, is it supposed to be all messed up? Mine is all black and everything overlaps everything but it still updates. and when I put the mouse in the window it disappears...) anyway when I double-click Planeshift icon on the desktop I get a black DOS window that pauses for about 10 seconds then it says exactly this;
WARNING! Suspicious: object with tag \'iVerbosityManager\' does not implement inte
rface \'iVerbosityManager\'!
WARNING! Suspicious: object with tag \'iCommandLineParser\' does not implement int
erface \'iCommandLineParser\'!
WARNING Suspicious: object with tag \'crystalspace.shared.stringset\' does not im
plement interface \'iStringSet\'!
WARNING! Suspicious: object with tag \'iCommandLineParser\' does not implement int
erface \'iCommandLineParser\'!

Then I get a windows error message that says this:
Something unexpected happened in Planeshift Crystal Blue
Exception at address: 00BE16AD, Exception code: C0000005
Would you like to save a diagnostic file?
|Yes| |No|
When I choose YES it says that it is saved the diagnostic file but its not really there when I go to the said file location
But anyway I mainly don\'t care about the diagnostic file thing I just want Planeshift to work again! Please help.
I\'d give you my system specs (but I don\'t know them...) but Planeshift (used to) and other MMORPGs work fine on my computer. So it\'s not that.
Please help!

You may not care, but we do. :) Post the dump file in Androgos\' thread here: http://www.planeshift3d.com/wbboard/thread.php?threadid=16574&boardid=33&styleid=3
Trust me, the file is in your Planeshift folder. If you\'re absolutely sure it\'s not, then save another one.
Try disabling sound in pssetup.exe and see if the game runs.

In general, yes. However, there was a time when the file would be created, but not filled. This would result in a file size of zero bytes. However, if it asks to save it (which also doesn\'t always happen), there was at least something there.
Check for files called \"PlaneShift__Version__Addr.dmp\", in the folder you put PS in.
If you can\'t find it, search for \"PlaneShift*.dmp\" in \"local harddisks\", which will bring them up.
Note that the upload page doesn\'t work if you don\'t also upload the psclient.txt file. This file grows extremely larege (>200 MB!) over time, so you should delete it and run PS again, save the diagnostics file, and only then upload both.
