Title: rings

I found a ring of the past but cannot equip it.  I was curious if anyone has seen/found a ring before and if anyone has any idea as to its purpose...  I\'m still experimenting myself but thought I\'d ask...

thats a gift of conversion back when cb was first released to all the oldes from MB, many a player will kill oyu for that ring :p

ah, then whatever its purpose shall remain a mystery for now - but I shall cherish it :)

doesnt do a thing, its just memorabilia of the good times, i bet someone will hand over a wad of tria for it

A Game Master spawned that ring there to toy with people who don\'t know better.

I heard somewhere that the ring would give you some special skill / do something for you later on in the game once the devs get around to doing it... but maybe im just imagining it.

Many players were formed MB (previous release) players. We gave them the ability to migrate their characters to this new release. The migration moved their name, converted their possessions to the new currency, and added a special \"Ring of The Past\" item to the ones that collected a good number of items in the previous release. This item will never be found again in-game, and only old players will have one. His powers are still unrevealed.

mmhh very suspicious...
I wonder what would mine do (if i still had it :D ), but what can we do? i was blessed with two of them and they were sold my mistake.. What an ass I am..
But it wanst bad that the ring could do some abilityes, like spawn old memoryes of those dumb times when i arrived at MB with my other char (good old P*tadavila, eheheh)  ;)

i have three of them..for some reason the conversion gave me 3x everything i was supposed to get. for instance it gave me 17,000 trias also. This is one of the reasons they are doing the wipe because of certain exploits so that leads me to another question. will the give us our rings back after the wipe?

Yeah, you\'ll get rings after wipe, and the correct amount of tria from conversion.
