If you guys didn\'t notice the top banner thingy was changed. I love it though I think I should lose the border. :)

Do you guys like this or the new one? I like this one personallly...looks much mroe professional.

I miss the old one :[ Maybe if that border is removed, as you said, and the image cleaned up of gunk and perhaps made larger to fit more of the space... It looks too plain.

I was about to make a topic asking whether it had changed or I was seeing things. ^_^;

I also miss the old one.  It was there when I fist came here during MB.  Or at least I think it was.  I quit for a while in the meantime. o.o;

I must agree that it would look better without the border.  It would give the forums a cleaner look.

I don\'t like it. It\'s just the default logo that\'s stuck in everywhere from dev documents to ad banners... way too plain for a forum banner, IMO there\'s nothing worse than a pixellated gif object stuck on top of a white background :P *is sick of it already*

It fits in *slightly* better on the Planeshift-Test style, but still not that great. I\'d rather Nightrogue\'s was up there , if we are just going to have a logo up there...

Sorry, Nilrem, but on some browsers you cant change the playback rate of a GIF animation without increasing the number of frames. I think that people would prefer to have it spinning fast than to have it chugging along at one frame every few seconds while its downloading.

I doubt they will put up any animated banners, as they can be a real pain for the eyes, no matter their utter loveliness.

I liked ht eold one.. .. the PS logo looks to much like plastic here..

and the older one gave a broader veiw of the city.. giving a better sense of adventure..  made me want to play

I agree.  I was gonna say it looked kinda...bubbly, but plastic is a better way to say it.  :baby:

but... is it just me or is that stupid red border back up there again? it takes away from the picture i think... and it gives me a head ache... oh well.

Thanx everyone, including whoever put it up there! And yes, if someone send me a wider angle pic ill modify it. Its 784x139 pixels, preferably a grayscale jpeg.  To be honest the one up there isnt my latest version, these two are;

yeah maybe it is my style. i have the planeshift test version style thingy. all the pages are black and have brown trim and letters. looks way cooler that that default blue stuff, but its hard to read when people use colored font sometimes. crap, back off topic...
