I wonder if you can help me.
Many years ago, I used to play an old DOS game, which I can\'t remember the title of. Basically, it was a sidescroller, sort of a platform adventure/shooter game. You played as a woman who could transform into a wolf. As the woman you can climb rope ladders and things, but the wolf form was really useful for jumping larger gaps without being skewered in spike pits.
There\'s not much else I remember about the game... just vague images of random levels and things. I\'m hoping this is enough info that someone might realise what I\'m talking about. :)
Anyway, I\'d appreciate it if you know the title and can tell me. Thanks!

Inner worlds?

[17:33] yay, I found the game I was looking for
[17:33] its system requirements are funny :)
[17:33] PC with 486 processor or better
[17:33] VGA compatible display
[17:33] 8MB RAM minimum, 16MB recommended
[17:33] MS-DOS 4.0 or better, or Windows 95
[17:33] Hard drive with 12MB of free space (SHAREWARE), 22MB (REGISTERED)
[17:34] What is the title?
[17:35] Inner Worlds
[17:35] isn\'t working though, my DOSBox won\'t get it past the title screen

Yeah I remember that game, it was called Jill of the Jungle I think.
I played it so much that I beat it three or four times. For some reason it was addictive...

Ah yes, I vaguely recollect something of the sort.
I remember the first games I ever really played were Commander Keene, some karate game where you could fight with 4 different weapons and there was a two-player and a tournament mode, and a rugby game.
Those aren\'t the oldest games I\'ve played though, just the first. I\'ve played much older games than that. :D

http://www.dosgamesarchive.com/download/game/113 - Jill of the Jungle (shareware episode). Commander Keen and many other classic games are also on that site.
http://dosbox.sourceforge.net - DOSBox, a PC emulator with a built in version of DOS (so it\'s easy to set up) designed for running games. Can run many games that don\'t work for \'real\' on a modern PC.
http://www.apogee1.com/games.html - 3D Realms still sells the registered versions of several Apogee Software games (for a lower price than originally).

Anyone remember Cosmo\'s Cosmic adventure, or crystal caves? I used to play them heaps :)
