Title: Progressive Points Problem

Hello, I got a problem:

Two times I buyed \"light armor\" ans \"sword\" with my progressive points, but never I got a next level at this ablilitys, is this a Bug, or what das this mean? And whats the green colour at the ablilitiys ???
Please help me!!

Please read the Player\'s Guide for most information.

It will take several Progression Points to rank up in a skill, not just one or two.
