when i am loading the game a message pops up saying \"Something unexpected happened in PlaneShift: Crystal Blue Exception at address: 6fd43cf8, Exception code: C0000005\"   can you plz help me because i want to play (obivously) i have tried turning my sound off and it does\'nt work. HELP!

Mmm, first try to update the game to see if the problem is solved.
There\'s also a crash with the effects system that maybe fits the information you\'ve given (can\'t confirm this right now) if it doesn\'t dissapear with the update, then mostly it\'s this effects problem and you can\'t do a thing to solve it.

I have updaded it and it stills shows the Error!  Any more advice?

Give us some system specs such as CPU, OS, RAM, and video card.  Are  your video drivers installed?

Can you check the console window and see if there is any particular error message?


Ah, you might want to try to disable sound before starting up the client.
