Pink Floyd reunited, however temporarily.  I wish I could go.

I do too, watched it on tv though. It was sweet man. My mom tried vaccuming while they were playing and i just got up pulled the plug and sat back down. :D

Kinda lame that they went to commercials like in the middle of comfortly numb though... Well not kinda, I got pissed off. :P

I almost missed it, cause I had no idea what day it was.  My friend called me to make sure I knew they were on, and I came in on the end of wish you were here.  You must\'ve caught the second time they broadcasted Comfortably Numb, cause no commercials the first time.  The dumb people did talk through the second chorus, though.

No mine was live. Might be because of different networks or whatever.

Meh, I was an infant for Live Aid, and I didn\'t care much about Live 8.  It was for a good and noble cause, but the music is just kinda....meh.
I prefer studio recordings for the kind of music offered at the concert, personally. :)  Maybe if like....Sigur Ros was there or something... :P

Plus the traffic would\'ve been terrible.  I live right near Philadelphia and could\'ve gone to the performance, but I\'m not spending an hour behind some lady\'s SUV and another two hours parking just to see some okay-ish artists.

Ya london got the who and pink floyd, everything was suxors. And I agree other bands should have been brought in. Like RUSH. :)

And I don\'t get the whole raise awarness thing.. Why not raise both. Charging like 10 bucks a person would give africa a LOT of much needed money.

Who knows.  People are silly.  I didn\'t realize the concerts were free until my mom told me while they were going on about it on the news.

I have a feeling too many people will just go \"Yeah, free music!\" and totally forget what message the artists were trying to send.
